Selah is more than an event — it’s a rejuvenating Christ-centered experience. The name itself comes from the Psalms, where Selah invites us to pause, reflect, and rest in God’s presence. In this sacred space, you are invited to put down the chains of grief, knowing your loss is honored and your journey respected. Every detail is thoughtfully designed to love on you — from pampering touches to meaningful gifts that remind you of the freedom you’ve stepped into. Here, the wall of grief disintegrates, and you are refreshed in peace, joy, and freedom through Christ.

  • No. Selah is a Christ-centered experience of reflection, prayer, and community — not clinical counseling.

  • Yes. Grief has no timeline. Whether your loss was recent or long ago, you’ll find space here to honor your journey.

  • Yes! Many women attend Selah without knowing anyone else beforehand. Whether you come solo or with a friend, you’ll be warmly welcomed into a safe, intimate community. You’ll quickly find connection and care in this space designed for women just like you.

  • Selah is rooted in Jesus Christ, with Scripture, prayer, and worship woven throughout. All women are welcome, but the focus is Christ-centered.

  • Selah is just the beginning. Many women leave feeling lighter, refreshed, and ready for more. For those who want to go deeper, I offer one-on-one coaching — a Christ-centered journey where we can continue to walk together through your unique story of grief, faith, and freedom.

  • Bring your Bible, a journal, and comfortable clothes. Everything else is provided — meals, lodging, and thoughtful touches — so you can relax and focus on what God is doing in your heart.

  • Yes. Selah is intentionally unhurried. In addition to our sessions and shared meals, you’ll have space to breathe, walk the beach, journal, or simply rest. This is your sacred pause.

  • Selah is designed to be an intimate, personal experience. We limit attendance so every woman is truly seen, cared for, and able to rest without distraction. You won’t be lost in a crowd — this is a safe, nurturing circle where you’ll be loved on and known.
