Meet Owen
God is first in my life—He’s the foundation of who I am and how I lead. I’ve been married to my incredible wife, Courtenay, for over 20 years, and together we’ve been blessed with five children. We’re currently raising four of them here on earth, while one awaits us in heaven.
With more than 30 years of professional experience and a life rooted in faith and family, I’ve come to understand my purpose clearly: to be a bold leader who inspires others to live at the highest level of harmony with God.
Meet Courtenay
I’m a woman deeply shaped by the refining work of God. I’ve walked through grief, wrestled with identity, and found freedom on the other side. My greatest calling is to help other women experience that same transformation—to break out of their chains and rise into the fullness of life with Jesus.
Rooted in the Pacific Northwest, I live a beautifully messy life with my husband and our four kids. I’m passionate about creating spaces—whether through coaching, retreats, or quiet connection—where women feel safe, seen, and stirred toward truth.
Together with my husband Owen, I founded Refined to Rise to help people rebuild from the inside out. We believe healing is holy, and legacy is worth building—with God at the center of it all.
